Hi, I’m Joel Daly a fitness coach from Dungannon.
Football has always been a huge part of my life, but for years, being the skinny lad on the pitch was always one of the biggest disadvantages for me.
Being one of the lightest players I was always getting pushed off the ball.
So I started to go to the gym 4 days a week.
But, no matter how much I trained in the gym, I didn’t look strong, and eventually, I started believing my body just wasn’t built for it.
After years of trial and error, setbacks, and blaming genetics, I finally learned how to build real strength and size and I could do all this while not having to force-feed myself.
Now I want to help skinny lads build strength, size, and confidence in a way that supports their lifestyle, not works against it.
